This paper proposes an Android smartphone interface that improves accessibility for blind people. It implements a swipe wheel which is similar to a tab key of a typical keyboard and enables users to navigate icons or buttons on a screen or any application with speech-based guidance. To enable and float the interface on the front while a phone is turning on, we modify a View object on the Android framework.
